| I have been coming to this location for over a year now. I visit mainly in the evening. There is a wonderful young man who is very helpful and informative. I am very happy with his customer service. I want to point out though that a few times I have been helped by a woman on the day shift who hates every one and her job too. She has a very negative attitude and treats me poorly every time she is in. I thought she might be having a rough day the first time. The second time I again let it go. The third time she said we could shop elsewhere. It seems she does not want to work. I am sure that many people would be happy to have job where all your customers are chill. I highly recommend replacing her. If every customer she serves leaves in bad mood it will affect sales. Ps your evening rep needs a raise. | ||
