Had a negative experience there around a year ago but decided to give them a second chance. Nothing but great friendly employees there that I've seen. Plus if you bring your receipt back you get 5% off :) I would definitely recommend again great selection and price
I have been coming to this location for over a year now. I visit mainly in the evening. There is a wonderful young man who is very helpful and informative. I am very happy with his customer service. I want to point out though that a few times I have been helped by a woman on the day shift who hates every one and her job too. She has a very negative attitude and treats me poorly every time she is in. I thought she might be having a rough day the first time. The second time I again let it go. The third time she said we could shop elsewhere. It seems she does not want to work. I am sure that many people would be happy to have job where all your customers are chill. I highly recommend replacing her. If every customer she serves leaves in bad mood it will affect sales. Ps your evening rep needs a raise.
Terrible service. First off whenever you go into the store there is never an employee to greet you. Today I went in to purchase some gummies after a lengthy conversation with the employee about the benefits of CBN I decided on a box. When I got home I opened the box and was putting the individual packs away and noticed there was no CBN, at all, in any of the gummies. I went all the way back to the store but was told there was nothing they could do because the box was open. So now I'm stuck with these gummies due to their lack of attention and mistake. Will never be buying from this store again. Absolute trash.
Nice little locally based store to visit with good selection and decent prices compared to a lot these days. The staff are always welcoming & friendly unlike a lot of dispensaries, where the workers seem lifeless, uneducated and/or like they couldn't care less whether you're there or not. Sarah, who I usually see when I go in the afternoons, is always really nice and super knowledgable if I ever have any questions!
Also unlike a lot of very bland and plain stores it's always been a pretty cute little store that always has a nice layout with all different cool cannabis posters and product signage.
The employee by the name Jay is the most honest person I've come across , and I've been shopping here for 5 years now . If you have any questions, he's the guy you want to see . 10/10 service today
