| Absolutely horrible customer service from the Asian lady that wears glasses last night. I went into this store at approx 5:20pm yesterday. This "manager" was the only person working. I explain to her that I want a 0.5 pre-roll. She gives me a few options to choose from, I purchase and leave. I then go back to the store at approximately 9:30pm. I explain to the "manager" that I was there a few hours earlier and should've bought more than 1 pre-roll, and I'm back to get another one. She goes on to say that she cannot sell me another pre-roll because I already purchased one earlier, and I should go to a different dispensary instead. I was absolutely dumbfounded. I quickly go to my car and I look up cannabis legislations. It is clear that any person of age can purchase up to 30gs of dried cannabis (or equivalent) from a dispensary. I go back into the store and I dispute my case. I said I wanted to speak to her manager, and she said she was the manager 😂. I then state i want to speak to her superior. She supposedly makes a phone call to her boss, and they don't pick up. She makes a rude comment like "yeah, she works in corporate, and is probably not picking up because she is at home with her kids". Absolutely horrendous customer service from this lady. And, by the looks of other 1-star reviews, other customers have also complained about her. For corporate, please review CCTV on March 29th around 5:20pm and again on 9:30pm. I suggest that you proceed with disciplina .. | ||
