Worst value buds I've ever been to. I've been here multiple times and the people just hate their jobs. I was in there today. I walk in say good morning to the guys. Just staring me down like he's trying to intimidate me has absolutely no manners. Say thank you. Have a good one. No response. Even coming in here previously. The lady I dealt with was just straight up rude. Another time I came here they had to sign it in the door saying closed for a half hour I waited. They were obviously closed for longer than half an hour so I just left. Value buds that Lansdowne is much better. Staff are awesome and they always have stock.
"Asian girl with glasses" is literally my favourite budtender. I've been to every dispensary in my area and no one has compared. Her knowledge and service is always exceptional. I came back after the shop was changed to Value bud because of her!!! The other staff are great too. I wanted to write a review to show them some love.
Also if grown adults have issues with the law they should take it up with the AGCO or the government or maybe just not buy weed!
More than once I've heard patrons giving them heck for enforcing basic rules and now I'm seeing it here in the reviews too. Grow up and lighten up people
Absolutely horrible customer service from the Asian lady that wears glasses last night.
I went into this store at approx 5:20pm yesterday. This "manager" was the only person working. I explain to her that I want a 0.5 pre-roll. She gives me a few options to choose from, I purchase and leave.
I then go back to the store at approximately 9:30pm. I explain to the "manager" that I was there a few hours earlier and should've bought more than 1 pre-roll, and I'm back to get another one. She goes on to say that she cannot sell me another pre-roll because I already purchased one earlier, and I should go to a different dispensary instead. I was absolutely dumbfounded.
I quickly go to my car and I look up cannabis legislations. It is clear that any person of age can purchase up to 30gs of dried cannabis (or equivalent) from a dispensary. I go back into the store and I dispute my case. I said I wanted to speak to her manager, and she said she was the manager 😂. I then state i want to speak to her superior. She supposedly makes a phone call to her boss, and they don't pick up. She makes a rude comment like "yeah, she works in corporate, and is probably not picking up because she is at home with her kids".
Absolutely horrendous customer service from this lady. And, by the looks of other 1-star reviews, other customers have also complained about her.
For corporate, please review CCTV on March 29th around 5:20pm and again on 9:30pm. I suggest that you proceed with disciplina ..
On a satureday when its supposed to be super busy, i just see the sign saying closed from 8:20 to 8:50. Like what does that mean! The franchise should be more sincere. On maps when you see that the location is open you drive to that location and you see signs like these! Its crazy. How does corporate even allow this is out of my understanding. You create your own lunch hours at any times! If you are not making enough to hire employees maybe consider opening different business! I had my go to place before now i know a not to go place too!!
