| I am writing to share my recent experience at your location, which unfortunately left a very poor impression. Upon arriving, I was unfamiliar with the entry procedure regarding ID verification. Rather than providing helpful guidance, the staff member on duty was dismissive and unprofessional in their communication. The manner in which the situation was handled made me feel unwelcome, and the overall attitude of the staff was off-putting. As a first-time visitor, I was hoping for a professional and helpful experience. Instead, I felt alienated by the service provided. Due to this interaction, I will not be returning to this location and will be taking my business elsewhere. I strongly encourage management to review their customer service training to ensure all guests are treated with courtesy and respect upon arrival. | ||

| I recently had a very disappointing experience with Cannabis House 59 regarding their return policies. I purchased two cartridges from their location on the 23rd of March. About half a week later, one of the cartridges began leaking out the bottom into my device. When I called to see if I could return it or get the issue fixed, the lady I spoke with essentially blamed me for the leakage, suggesting it was due to how I was using my device. She informed me that they only have a three-day return policy, which was not helpful given the circumstances. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I urge everyone reading this to avoid Cannabis House 59 and instead go to ValueBud. They truly appreciate and respect their customers, and their return policies are among the best in the city. Cannabis House 59 is a joke. Spend your money where it's actually valued. | ||
