The staff they have working Friday during the day is extremely bad. I spend a lot of money here but I am not coming back. Very sad to see people with such bad judgement and training. (Today I found Cannabis House which is a neutral business that is inclusive for all people and I am currently recommending it for everyone that is like me trying to escape corporate mandated activism.) If you spend a lot of money dont put up with the trash, you deserve better.)
Staff are amazing. Kind and incredibly helpful. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. Thank you. It's most appreciated. The store is very clean and well organized.
Great Store, Great Staff. Makes being a regular a breeze 👌🏾👌🏾, keep up the great customer service.
A F.Y.I… bring back the random customer appreciation gift bags back.. btw… it's dearly missed.
Very good service and friendly staff, came in too buy an ounce and felt welcomed, comfortable and they helped me find exactly what I needed without any problems ! Kelli helped me and I had a great overall experience coming here and will be coming again
I had such an amazing experience with Kevin at the 50 St location! From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and seemed excited about helping me find what I needed. Kevin took the time to answer my questions, explain different products, and make recommendations that were spot-on.
His customer service is honestly next level — friendly, patient, never pushy. You can tell he truly cares about creating a comfortable experience for everyone who walks through the door. It's rare to come across someone who combines professionalism, expertise, and such a positive attitude so effortlessly. He made the entire experience easy, enjoyable, and memorable. Definitely one of the best dispensary experiences I've had, and the store itself was clean & the vibe chill.
