| Ordered a VENTY vaporizer, and the company abruptly canceled my order out of nowhere. Trying to get a straight answer or a refund process started has been impossible—their customer support only replies with generic, automated responses. I've had to resort to filing a BBB complaint and disputing the payment with credit card provider just to get this resolved. Save yourself the headache and buy from a company that actually fulfills orders and has real customer service. | ||
