I would have given 0 starts if I could. This place has gone completely downhill over the past few weeks. The customer service is basically nonexistent. Staff has no idea what they're doing and show zero respect for customers. It honestly feels like they don't care at all anymore. This used to be a decent spot, but now it's easily one of the worst stores I've ever been to. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. I suggest going to the store across the street, it's much better.
