| More than once I've been to this store and had issues with products I've paid full price for. I've been sold vape cartridges that were known to be leaking/defective, I've been sold pre-rolls that were over a year past the packaging date, and they have barely any product available when I do go in (never matches what's available online) It is quite frustrating. | ||

| Recently expressed to management that I have been consistently overcharged for Holy Mountain 3.5g flower. The website stated $18.99, so with tax it should be no more than $21, and I have been charged $23.70 every time. Over 4 times at least, all I received was a 10% discount, barely sales tax, and this discount was added before the tax.. This is outrageous, you have lost me as a long time customer. I am extremely disappointed as I enjoyed shopping here, but after this I feel like I was robbed and it was blamed on a POS glitch. Check your receipts because they will overcharge you. My friend was also overcharged for her product as well. | ||

| I know government guidelines state that weed has no expiry date. I purchased a 3.5g of Incredible Milk by Divvy at this location and was given an obviously back of the shelf old product. Packaged on October 2022. The bag had dust all over it, and the weed was very dry. Just really disappointed there isn't some sort of measure in place to prevent 10 month old weed from being sold at full price when we all know it starts to lose its effects and taste after 6 months. Seems like a really cheap thing to do, and this experience has made me not want to return as I shouldn't have to ask how old my weed is before I buy it. | ||

| Wow. Did everyone just quit on you? How could you possibly put that kind of stress on your staff, to expect them to run the store on their own with over 20 customers waiting, that is absolutely appalling and infuriating. Don't open your business if you cannot efficiently serve all the customers that come through the door. Only ONE staff member working at 6:30pm on August 10th, the line to get into the store was out the door. That is not okay. And to the lazy customers that like to decide last minute the items you want, and make everyone behind you wait, you're the worst person ever. The internet exists for a reason, USE IT. | ||

| I think it is a bit difficult to run a business properly without the right amount of staff. I was forced to wait outside for 30 minutes during opening hours (which was fine, but on a busy day where I had to be somewhere it wouldn't be fine). Being one of the only cannabis places in this area that's legit, I feel it's poor business practice to force your patrons to stand outside for half an hour just so you can have your break. I understand everyone is deserving of a break, but if you're open, you need to stay open. You lost at least 4 customers (that I saw when I showed up) because of this, that's money walking away. Yikes. | ||

| I must change my review, the staff here are extremely extremely pleasant to deal with. Although their glassware may be on the pricier side, the weed is actually decently priced especially comparing to my hometown where weed is much cheaper overall. Got an eight of Back Forty Wedding Pie for around $25 plus tax, which is better than most places in this city, Ive seen Tokyo Smoke charge $30 with tax for Back Forty stuff, crazy... I must take this L and apologize for my one star review from before. Please consider shopping here! The staff are incredible and I have to give a massive shoutout to the blonde and brunette ladies working the front desk area, they are the most pleasant to deal with. Keep being awesome ! | ||
