| Customer service is always great. Employees are generally knowledgeable. My complaint is staffing. This store is perpetually busy, no matter the time of day, with at least 1-3 customers. They only have ONE employee most of the time despite how busy they are and how much money they must be making. I go here a few times a week and can always expect to stand in line while one poor worker is slammed and dealing with increasingly impatient customers. If they need to go get something from the back, expect to wait even more. What happened to when you used to have someone in the back handing things to the person in the front? Yall must make fat money. Maybe try staffing the store properly with some of that? Can you really not afford the additional $20 an hour to make your customers happier and employees less stressed? | ||
