Love this store could the company consider opening a store in Gibbons Alberta our shop just shut down and now it's a drive to Fort Saskatchewan to purchase products
Customer service is always great. Employees are generally knowledgeable. My complaint is staffing. This store is perpetually busy, no matter the time of day, with at least 1-3 customers. They only have ONE employee most of the time despite how busy they are and how much money they must be making. I go here a few times a week and can always expect to stand in line while one poor worker is slammed and dealing with increasingly impatient customers. If they need to go get something from the back, expect to wait even more. What happened to when you used to have someone in the back handing things to the person in the front?
Yall must make fat money. Maybe try staffing the store properly with some of that? Can you really not afford the additional $20 an hour to make your customers happier and employees less stressed?
They never check online orders. It will go two days before it's even filled even when you call the store to make sure that they filled the order. They still won't have it ready for you. I have tried to talk to management and staff members at least nine times over this issue because it has happened every single time and nothing has ever changed
Excellent customer service from Tracey!
Thank you for the disposable recommendation!!!
