| This is going to be disappointing as I'm sure you hoped I'd be calling or rushing down to the store demanding my credit back for my order you cancelled. It would definitely make for a more interesting story, right? I assume that this morning the stars FINALLY aligned for you after a YEAR and I placed an online order to pick up when you were alone in the store as well; so you could have the satisfaction of debiting my card, cancelling the order, waiting for my call, and lastly making sure I knew it would be 6 hours later before I could come in. I don't think it was the reaction you were hoping for when I simply said 3 words; "Grow up, goodbye..." The problem is, however, you've seen me in the store about 4 times over the past few months and in March of THIS year you actually rang my stuff through by YOURSELF and lived to tell the tale. I can only imagine the embellishment the bosses have heard and I really hope you told them the truth, yes, I got angry for probably less than 30 seconds on the phone about a YEAR ago but I called you back IMMEDIATELY to own it and apologize profusely. I'm not sure what is going on your life now to revert back to treating me like garbage but please, don't fabricate me into some sort of stalker or something.....the truth may be boring but that's just too bad and it's just not acceptable. | Because I was already at the end of my rope yesterday, my vape quit on me/caught my curse and the manager Travis not only had it replaced in under 2 hours but also had it brought to my door along with a few extras. The biggest thing was he went above and beyond for me and found a solution that I in no way had to fight for and you don't see that much anymore, anywhere....especially when I wasn't in the most stable of moods and probably excruciating to deal with. Regardless, anytime I've had to call the store any staff member has been great so whoever decided to put Travis in charge knew what they were doing. They may not deliver as late and be further away from me but I'll never go anywhere else now. You can't put a price on amazing customer service. | ||
