I just had the literal best interaction with Tanner. He was so sweet, helpful, and his smile and laughter was so contagious! I went back in to ensure I got his name correct because he, no exaggeration, was the highlight of my day!
This dispensary is the best!! The employees are fantastic – always so welcoming and have awesome energy. It's always spotless and they have a great selection of products. The girl who works mornings is especially helpful; I even saw her playing rock-paper-scissors with a customer to help them decide on a product, which was such a fun and unique thing to walk in on!!
This is going to be disappointing as I'm sure you hoped I'd be calling or rushing down to the store demanding my credit back for my order you cancelled. It would definitely make for a more interesting story, right?
I assume that this morning the stars FINALLY aligned for you after a YEAR and I placed an online order to pick up when you were alone in the store as well; so you could have the satisfaction of debiting my card, cancelling the order, waiting for my call, and lastly making sure I knew it would be 6 hours later before I could come in. I don't think it was the reaction you were hoping for when I simply said 3 words; "Grow up, goodbye..."
The problem is, however, you've seen me in the store about 4 times over the past few months and in March of THIS year you actually rang my stuff through by YOURSELF and lived to tell the tale.
I can only imagine the embellishment the bosses have heard and I really hope you told them the truth, yes, I got angry for probably less than 30 seconds on the phone about a YEAR ago but I called you back IMMEDIATELY to own it and apologize profusely.
I'm not sure what is going on your life now to revert back to treating me like garbage but please, don't fabricate me into some sort of stalker or something.....the truth may be boring but that's just too bad and it's just not acceptable.

Genuinely what a cute little shop!! The super friendly awesome human who checked out my purchase was so nice and just had the most fun vibe! Absolutely loved it! Prices were a little higher than I'm used to seeing (just moved from Alberta lol) but the great atmosphere and welcoming energy made it worth it! 10/10 would go again! ☺️
Literally the best employees ever!! Customer service is better than most restaurants in town. Personable and sweet genuine humans. Both of you who were working 02/15/26 at 5:40pm Love you both!!!!
