Love the staff
Do not love when they are closed for half a hour to accommodate their employees break.
There's been countless times that I've dropped by after working until 5pm and the business is closed for the break.
While writing this review, I've seen more than 5 people walk away.
LOST CUSTOMER. I bought a junior J alongside a vape cartridges. The junior J is faulty (too tight) and not smoking AT ALL. I called in to explain if I could go exchange it. I was told no since it's opened. I explained how was I supposed to know it was faulty? She was adamant that there was nothing she could do. I told her it was a $3 product and I'm a very loyal customer. I let her know they lost a customer. Will never return after going there religiously.

My go to, they have good deals and friendly staff. Their tuesday specials have become a weekly must for me. Please don't raise your prices. :)
Love this location. Jacob, samm and the manager Sebastian are all wonderful lovely people as well as the other staff members. They always inform me of deals, information and new products that I might like. I frequent here quite often. My fave valuebuds location 💜
Been coming to this Value Budz since it opened. I've had mostly great service for every employee there except one. On multiple occasions I've received rude service from the tall girl who works there. Last night it was 9:40 and the store was closing at 10. I was trying to decide what to purchase looking online and at the board and she said to me "Can you hurry up and figure out what you want I have things to do I'm closing". I was actually shocked. I took a second to think and I said to her "dont you close at 10" she said "yeah but I have things to do in the back and other customers might come in". After that I said nothing, I could have been rude back but I decided it's better to write this review and let the manager and owner know about this employee and how they conduct themselves. This is absolutely unacceptable way to speak to customers, I could come in at 9:55 you would still have to help me. The store closes at 10, just cause this employee wants to be out by 10 doesn't mean she gets to force people out of the store. Rude and not respectful way to perform in a customer service job. She obviously needs training how to speak to people with respect and be aware of the store hours. I spend at least $100 a week at this store. I won't be returning to this location ever again after last night, I'll be going to Ajax
