| LOST CUSTOMER. I bought a junior J alongside a vape cartridges. The junior J is faulty (too tight) and not smoking AT ALL. I called in to explain if I could go exchange it. I was told no since it's opened. I explained how was I supposed to know it was faulty? She was adamant that there was nothing she could do. I told her it was a $3 product and I'm a very loyal customer. I let her know they lost a customer. Will never return after going there religiously. —— My go to, they have good deals and friendly staff. Their tuesday specials have become a weekly must for me. Please don't raise your prices. :) | ||
