Would give Zero If I could. On 04/03/26 I went to the store to get some prerolls and the lady with black Plug earrings was cold condescending and just asked me to check the menu and did not offer much assistance in terms of making a choice for the preroll. I then picked an item from the menu and she says "she didn't like my vibe" and was refusing service. I obliged and left but I felt that the interaction had racist undertones and seeing how other people reviewing with ethnic/Brown names are seeing similar negative experiences I think the management needs to train their employees better on dealing with clients who look or sound different.
Also.. it's my experience that when a business has either mostly 1 stars or 5 stars then mostly the 5 star reviewers are actually friends of the business or paid shills posting good reviews on behalf of the business to make them look good.
Green Closet is just a few minutes away from this unprofessional store and they offer a very good collection and helpful budtenders.
I can see why the rating is below 3.0. Poor customer service and refusal to respect the price match policy, even though it's a policy offered by them. Cana Cabana is close by and offers better deals
I'm very confused about this location? Google says you are open to 11? But I'm at your location and the doors are locked at 8:45? Great company you guys run ðŸ˜
Generally had decent experiences here except for the buzz in door giving me moderately hostile vibes, but the person who has spacers has an incredible knack for customer service. They are always so kind and make a huge fuss of my dog. Excellent customer service experience from this employee specifically.
Whose brilliant idea was it to maintain holiday hours all the way through January? I was a loyal customer, but have now switched over to the two other pot stores within a block of value buds. I didn't plan on it, but they are actually open. Way to show your client base how important they are, but sure, I guess if The regional manager hasn't budgeted correctly for staff, that's what happens.
