| Would give Zero If I could. On 04/03/26 I went to the store to get some prerolls and the lady with black Plug earrings was cold condescending and just asked me to check the menu and did not offer much assistance in terms of making a choice for the preroll. I then picked an item from the menu and she says "she didn't like my vibe" and was refusing service. I obliged and left but I felt that the interaction had racist undertones and seeing how other people reviewing with ethnic/Brown names are seeing similar negative experiences I think the management needs to train their employees better on dealing with clients who look or sound different. Also.. it's my experience that when a business has either mostly 1 stars or 5 stars then mostly the 5 star reviewers are actually friends of the business or paid shills posting good reviews on behalf of the business to make them look good. Green Closet is just a few minutes away from this unprofessional store and they offer a very good collection and helpful budtenders. | ||
