Awesome place to buy in Scarborough, they got Curtis at the door who's super welcoming and friendly. And Lauren who is very knowledgeable about her weed! I love stopping here on my lunch break, I always leave with a smile.
I bought a pre-roll for $45, and it was a complete waste of money. It wouldn't light properly at first, and when it finally did, the whole joint burned all at once instead of evenly. The quality was very disappointing, especially for the price. This store is not recommended. I definitely won't be buying from here again.👎🏻
It was a good experience. The girl was very helpful with what I wanted to get. Will definitely be visiting this store again.
Great customer service. They have a wide variety of products to choose from. Lauryn is a great worker with awsome communication skills and knows how to keep the costumers happy. 😎
Very poor Customer service. Entered the store and no other customers were there. I asked Aaron for an Indica pre-roll. His response: Indica or Sativa? My response: "I said Indica". Aaron proceeded to walk over to the other register, whispered to other female worker & she came over. After telling her that I wanted an indica pre-roll, she grabbed it from the cabinet. I reached out for it to read the label. Her response was to pull the package back away from me while taking a step backwards from the counter & said: "I cant let you touch it but you can read it."
She further commented about someone breaking in after store hours. My comment: "your crime here is this bad? This is bs that I cant touch the pkg".
She only handed me my package after I paid.
Meanwhile I watched Aaron take 2 orders from folks who didnt look like me and he place their packages on the counter near the customer before they paid.
I will never ever spend at this store again due to their profiling. BTW, I am a 57yr old professional and was treated like this over a $20.79 package.
You just lost a customer bc past workers have always been polite, helpful and courteous.
