| Very poor Customer service. Entered the store and no other customers were there. I asked Aaron for an Indica pre-roll. His response: Indica or Sativa? My response: "I said Indica". Aaron proceeded to walk over to the other register, whispered to other female worker & she came over. After telling her that I wanted an indica pre-roll, she grabbed it from the cabinet. I reached out for it to read the label. Her response was to pull the package back away from me while taking a step backwards from the counter & said: "I cant let you touch it but you can read it." She further commented about someone breaking in after store hours. My comment: "your crime here is this bad? This is bs that I cant touch the pkg". She only handed me my package after I paid. Meanwhile I watched Aaron take 2 orders from folks who didnt look like me and he place their packages on the counter near the customer before they paid. I will never ever spend at this store again due to their profiling. BTW, I am a 57yr old professional and was treated like this over a $20.79 package. You just lost a customer bc past workers have always been polite, helpful and courteous. | ||
