We specialize in a wide variety of eighths (a.k.a. 1/8oz, 'half-quarters', 3.5g dried flower), but we also carry various sizes of flower, pre-rolls, edibles, drinks, 510 cartridges, concentrates, oils, lotions, bath and CBD products.

This is one of my favourite place to buy weed, I almost buy here everyday now, I bough a infused joint 1g and Indica thumbsup, I bought it around 8 pm on april10th and I smoked the infused one the next day and it was a infused blunt and a black residue was leaking from the back, so I went there back and showed the person my payment from my card and told the situation, he immediately told he can refund bcs it's open, I have bought cannabis from lot of places and if there is any issue with the cannabis they usually refund, I only smoked 20% of it. I bought Hawaiian Fanta weed bcs of this and came back, but just felt very bad that customer service is not what I expected it to be.

Yesterday, February 25th, I stopped by in the afternoon as I usually do every week. This time there was someone new at the register whom I had never seen before, and unfortunately, the service I received was very unpleasant.
I felt uncomfortable and honestly didn't feel like coming back, which makes me sad because this is my favorite cannabis store. I sensed some prejudice, as I may not look like someone who frequently consumes cannabis, and there seemed to be little willingness to properly explain or show me the products. The attitude felt hostile and unwelcoming.
This was completely different from my experiences with Kris, who always makes me want to return, and the other girls on the team who make me feel comfortable, allow me to browse peacefully, and decide without pressure.
I hope you take this feedback into consideration, as one negative experience can impact what is otherwise excellent service.
