| Hi, Yesterday, February 25th, I stopped by in the afternoon as I usually do every week. This time there was someone new at the register whom I had never seen before, and unfortunately, the service I received was very unpleasant. I felt uncomfortable and honestly didn't feel like coming back, which makes me sad because this is my favorite cannabis store. I sensed some prejudice, as I may not look like someone who frequently consumes cannabis, and there seemed to be little willingness to properly explain or show me the products. The attitude felt hostile and unwelcoming. This was completely different from my experiences with Kris, who always makes me want to return, and the other girls on the team who make me feel comfortable, allow me to browse peacefully, and decide without pressure. I hope you take this feedback into consideration, as one negative experience can impact what is otherwise excellent service. | ||
