Use to receive amazing customer service until today. Caucasian lady I'd me after serving me 100 times with out id. When I came back with my I'd and decided to have her colleague serve me she had a bad attitude. Disgusting. She slammed the weed through the window and when I told her she had bad customer service she told me if I'm rude I can leave. She then slammed the storage door where they get the weed from infront of me. All while her coworker was serving me not saying anything as he can clearly see was acting outrageous. When asked for her name and his cause I said I'd be reporting her they both refused. When I asked for the store number he then said he doesn't know it. Crazy to not know your workplace number as it is your daily place of employment. Anywho they lost a daily customer and that tall Caucasian lady doesn't deserve to be the face of fire and flower and should find employment scrubbing peoples toilet !
Emily and Grace are pretty dope. I've been coming lately and even on the days I've felt like garbage, they find a way to make me laugh and smile. So thank you for having them at this location, they make my day better
This is unfortunately not the first time I've experienced poor service from the same employee. On a previous visit, she behaved in a similar rude and dismissive manner toward me, while interacting very politely with another customer.
During my recent visit, when I asked about available options, she responded with attitude. When I politely addressed her rudeness, she walked away instead of resolving the issue.
I appreciate the other staff member (the one with glasses) who apologized and handled the situation professionally. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures consistent, respectful service for all customers.
