Although the customer service is very good, when asked if they can place an order for an item it was stated they have absolutely no input on what comes into the store. All decisions are made at head office- wherever that is. When asked don't you have a say in what customers want, it was an astounding NO. Very disappointing. Hey head office - order in Mollo drinks! (Malt, which is great for those who don't like sweet drinks.)
In short: Choose yourself and don't rely on suggestions at this store.
Today I wanted to try a new beverage, so I asked for a suggestion. Unfortunately, what they recommended ended up being the worst cannabis beverage I've ever tried. It tasted like water, sugar (37 grams), and a bad orange juice powder.
I've tried many other cannabis beverages before, including some that are actually good, so this was really disappointing.
When I ask for a suggestion, I expect something enjoyable or at least decent not something that tastes this bad. I even checked the website to find the name of the product so I could mention it here, but it wasn't listed.
At this point, I'd recommend choosing for yourself instead of relying on suggestions in this store. It doesn't feel reliable, and it honestly seems like they might be trying to push their worst products.
Nice peeps who work here. They always have my sour cherry Pearls in stock...and you can recycle your empty containers in exchange for points. It's a good spot :)
Used to be one of my favourites stores, great customer service and great ppl, now I just got served by an Asian lady in the front cashier which was very rude and not friendly at all, wouldnt recommend and personally not coming back, and ofc not recommending it to nobody, at least this location.
Excellent service! Store meeds.more swag/free promo stuff. The staff ALL deserve a raise.
