| Although the customer service is very good, when asked if they can place an order for an item it was stated they have absolutely no input on what comes into the store. All decisions are made at head office- wherever that is. When asked don't you have a say in what customers want, it was an astounding NO. Very disappointing. Hey head office - order in Mollo drinks! (Malt, which is great for those who don't like sweet drinks.) | ||
