What a lovely place. The organic, farmhouse natural vibe is unlike any other pot shop I have visited. I felt right at home when I walked in. I bought a book about crafting with CBD. I went in for CBD gummies and was happy with the choices.
My only critique would be to have more menu lists about to read. A little more display of product.
Bought a 30-35$ worth of pre rolls and it only had 1 pre roll in it there were supposed to be 3 inside it wouldnt recommend this store they were only willing to give a 10% discount instead of replacing it or giving another product of equal value. Honestly terrible customer service. Been coming here for over a year too. Since the staff is nice and tried to talk with the manager and the manager decided to not to be reasonable I assume the manager is the issue and encourage the company to do business practices that wont make them lose loyal customers who will provide more profit in long term... honestly I was not expecting such dissapointing result from a mistake like this.
Need to drop the review for our shawtie's at the farmhouse. Now I don't know this king's name, but when I say I'd lay my life down on the line for this man I mean it. I wish I knew his name. He's new. Lol. Anyway, love him- he gives us baller suggestions time and time again. The employee's at the farmhouse have never once led us astray- and their suggestions have always resulted in the most fantastic time. Our king today, (name unknown :/ ) was a baddie, and we spent out time giggling together. I love him. I'd lay my life on the line for him. Wishing him nothing but the coldest side of the pillow every night. Also they have cute merch, live laugh love the bucket hats- so diva

Recently visited The Farmhouse for the first time this weekend and cannot say enough about the staff and location. Dave helped us out and was super thoughtful with all his explanations – spending time ensuring we knew exactly what we were getting. Really appreciate all the time he spent with us sharing his knowledge on products and the industry as a whole.
I never thought I would say this about a cannabis store, but this place is incredibly pretentious. The moment you enter you're met with the least welcoming people, almost as if you coming into the store is an annoyance. Next there are no menus or displays showing options, it's like everything is being gatekept. You have to go through them if you want to know what your options are. Which wouldn't be so bad if they didn't act like they have all the knowledge and everyone else are idiots who don't understand cannabis. I too can sell weed, I as well have my Cansell... you can drop the attitude. "High quality and high thc are different" but said like "what an idiot", I'm aware but I know what I'm looking for and what I want so I don't need the lesson. Then when I did ask to see a menu I was met with an eyebrow raise and a "I can pull it up if it's easier" ... easier than asking you to show me every option and explain each one... once again I'm well versed in cannabis. But when yoy say that, it's all of a sudden a challenge, and my choices are being critique. All in all, they have really great brands, the store is clean and a nice vibe. But the customer service is not it.
