| I never thought I would say this about a cannabis store, but this place is incredibly pretentious. The moment you enter you're met with the least welcoming people, almost as if you coming into the store is an annoyance. Next there are no menus or displays showing options, it's like everything is being gatekept. You have to go through them if you want to know what your options are. Which wouldn't be so bad if they didn't act like they have all the knowledge and everyone else are idiots who don't understand cannabis. I too can sell weed, I as well have my Cansell... you can drop the attitude. "High quality and high thc are different" but said like "what an idiot", I'm aware but I know what I'm looking for and what I want so I don't need the lesson. Then when I did ask to see a menu I was met with an eyebrow raise and a "I can pull it up if it's easier" ... easier than asking you to show me every option and explain each one... once again I'm well versed in cannabis. But when yoy say that, it's all of a sudden a challenge, and my choices are being critique. All in all, they have really great brands, the store is clean and a nice vibe. But the customer service is not it. | ||
