Very unprofessional. Overcharged me on 3 seperate ocasions and they owe me 15 ad wont give me my money. The indian wasted 1 hour of my time. Manager said give him a 15% off his next order. I dont want 15% off i want my mony back. I will be calling corperate. I dont understand how you can treat a customer that buys multiple items everysingle day like this. Made me drive 35 minutes for nothing and stole my money.
Cory is the best!!! Store has some good selection, I stopped in from my way back home from Toronto and I was not disappointed! Absolutely great experience!
I recently started spending more time in Brampton and came across this dispensary and I'm glad I did.
Great selection of flower and prerolls and amazing service and information from Cory.
Competitive pricing and a warm and welcoming atmosphere, no doubt I'll be coming back every time.
Cory took the time to get to know what the perfect products were for me and I'm so thankful to him.

Today I picked up a 1 gram preroll from this location. I went into my car, opened it up, and I noticed it wasn't properly filled. I went back in the store, showed the guy behind the desk, and he said that the manufacturer sometimes makes this kind of mistake. I asked him if he could exchange it for another one, and he said he couldn't because it negatively affects the store and their inventory. Anyways, I go to my car. But I know the gram is short. So I went back in to buy a second one.
Btw, the guy working behind the desk is a white gentleman with blond hair and a semi shaved head. I think he was wearing glasses. He also mentioned that he was the manager.
I bought the second one, opened it up in front of him, and showed him the visible difference in size. He wasn't denying that the first one wasn't filled correctly. He simply explained that he couldn't exchange it for another one, and that he couldn't keep opening them until a properly filled one was found. He also mentioned that I need to contact the manufacturer to find a resolution. I asked him if he had a scale so we could see the numerical difference, and he explained that he didn't have a scale. Then I left because there's no point arguing with the manager when they're saying they can't do anything about it.
I went to another dispensary located very close, Bud Smoke. I explained to the manager what happened at ShinyBud, and she was very apologetic that I experienced this kind of situation at a dispensary. ..
