Since 2009 we’ve been dreaming up spaces for Cannabis lovers to feel at home. As smokers ourselves, we were sick and tired of sketchy alleys leading to bargain basements that made us feel like we were doing something wrong.
Canadians deserved something better, and so we opened our first Smoker’s Corner head shop in downtown Calgary that same year. Finally a bright, clean, welcoming place where marijuana enthusiasts could gather and geek out about cannabis culture – weed, bongs, pipes, vaporizers and yes… even getting high!
After legalization, we knew we wanted to bring that same vibe to selling legal Cannabis (man, sometimes we still can’t believe it).
Canna Cabana was created for people who loved weed (still do) and want to buy it, smoke it, and talk about it in a playful, safe environment. We call that a Cabana and we built it for you!

The product they sell... sells itself. Do it, as you please, but it should never harm someone else.
Also, they do have a great selection of everything in the realm of their very specific product line. Good prices too
Every single time I go to the store I have an absolute blast just because of how friendly and helpful the staff is when helping me select or find a specific product. They always treat me with respect and kindness and that always makes me a frequent customer at the same location. Five stars, would recommend this location every single time 👍😁 (they always call you sweet nicknames like darling as well)
Double charged and the annoyance of fixing it!!! Went there to buy some joints, I tapped my card and the POS said "transaction complete". The bud tender told me it didn't work… I informed her that it shows it went through. She then asked me to check my bank account; my phone was dead, I informed her of that and that I lived out of town so I need to make sure I didn't get charged the first time. She confirmed I didn't but to still check when my phone was charged and made me pay again. Once I was able to confirmed I was charged twice I called and asked if I can go to another canna cabana for refund (as I have the receipt her name and I do have an account linked through all canna cabanas.) she told me no I had to come back I reminded her I didn't not live in town. I am angry because she confirmed me the first payment did not go through, she should have did her due diligence and checked the payment receipt on the POS.
Why is this Canna Cabana location the lowest rated in whole of Calgary? Because, the staff is rude, dismissive, and shows a clear lack of professionalism. A simple cartridge defect return request was ignored making it bureaucratic to return asking to return again and refusing to call the manager. There was no respect for basic customer rights or fair service. I would not recommend this place until they seriously improve their customer service and accountability. The manager or owner needs to take note of the malpractices at this outlet.
