| Double charged and the annoyance of fixing it!!! Went there to buy some joints, I tapped my card and the POS said "transaction complete". The bud tender told me it didn't work… I informed her that it shows it went through. She then asked me to check my bank account; my phone was dead, I informed her of that and that I lived out of town so I need to make sure I didn't get charged the first time. She confirmed I didn't but to still check when my phone was charged and made me pay again. Once I was able to confirmed I was charged twice I called and asked if I can go to another canna cabana for refund (as I have the receipt her name and I do have an account linked through all canna cabanas.) she told me no I had to come back I reminded her I didn't not live in town. I am angry because she confirmed me the first payment did not go through, she should have did her due diligence and checked the payment receipt on the POS. | ||
