Admittedly, I was a faithful Canna Cabana customer, but after visiting this location and meeting Trevor I'll never shop anywhere else! I've been in a few times now and he's always so friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful! I've bought all his suggestions! There's also no other dispo that has a recycling and rewards program like theirs either! Plus - they always have great products and plenty of sales!
Great people, I have lived in this neighbourhood for 6 years and this crew is the go to. Trevor is the best for recommendations and always such a genuine guy. 🍀💚
Hi, I visited your store recently and had a few questions about your flower products. The employee with dark hair and tattoos that I spoke with came across as impatient and somewhat aggressive, as if I was expected to already know the answers.
I understand staff can be busy, but the interaction felt unwelcoming and made it hard to ask questions as a new or casual customer. I just wanted to pass this along as feedback, since it impacted my experience and I will not be supporting or recommending this store.
I had such an amazing experience at this store! What stood out the most was the guy with the tattoos was so nice so knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions I had. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others
