| Hi, I visited your store recently and had a few questions about your flower products. The employee with dark hair and tattoos that I spoke with came across as impatient and somewhat aggressive, as if I was expected to already know the answers. I understand staff can be busy, but the interaction felt unwelcoming and made it hard to ask questions as a new or casual customer. I just wanted to pass this along as feedback, since it impacted my experience and I will not be supporting or recommending this store. | ||
