I was there at 8:58 pm on Saturday June 20th. I had the absolute worst experience I've ever had at any establishment. I go to canna cabana often and have never encountered a rude employee but this guy blew me away. I walk in and one of the employees checks my ID as usual. No problems there. I pick out what I want and come up to the counter. I just got a new phone number and haven't memorized it so when I get to the counter I have to look it up. The guy gets super suspicious that it's not my account and wants to cross reference my name with the account name. He does this in the rudest way possible talking about how if it's not my account I am committing fraud and could be the reason everyone in the store looses their license to sell as well as canna cabana as a whole. I verify my ID and he continues to question me because the name on my ID is not the exact same as I go as. I feel like my privacy was completely invaded. It was really none of his business. The way he treated me was so poor that the other employee who was in the store had to apologize to me about his coworkers behaviour. People who berate your loyal clientele shouldn't be allowed to continue to work here.
Best prices in town, great selection and staff is awesome, friendly and very helpful. The free membership is great for extra savings. This is definitely my favorite store.
Amazing experience for a repeat visit. Brad is amazing when it comes to guiding you to matching you with what you are looking for! I stopped in today and Brad recommended peanut butter rosin for my puffco (haven't tried yet) and some blue dream to brighten my unfortunately down day. It totally worked and the bud was awesome. Ive been to a lot of dispensaries in Calgary but this is definitely the one I call home and I'm going to be extra excited if I see Brad at the till.
Few teething problems with staff few years back . Now they have a GREAT TEAM who are very knowledgeable about the products and genuinely care about their customers . I have elite membership which is well worth annual fee 👍. This is my go to store !! Thanks for all the hugs , chats and great service . 😊
Great dispensary! Wonderful budtenders! Both Brad and Corrine are the best, very knowledgeable and kind! I look forward to doing my shopping here and know I'll leave with a great product each time thanks to their amazing staff!
