| I was there at 8:58 pm on Saturday June 20th. I had the absolute worst experience I've ever had at any establishment. I go to canna cabana often and have never encountered a rude employee but this guy blew me away. I walk in and one of the employees checks my ID as usual. No problems there. I pick out what I want and come up to the counter. I just got a new phone number and haven't memorized it so when I get to the counter I have to look it up. The guy gets super suspicious that it's not my account and wants to cross reference my name with the account name. He does this in the rudest way possible talking about how if it's not my account I am committing fraud and could be the reason everyone in the store looses their license to sell as well as canna cabana as a whole. I verify my ID and he continues to question me because the name on my ID is not the exact same as I go as. I feel like my privacy was completely invaded. It was really none of his business. The way he treated me was so poor that the other employee who was in the store had to apologize to me about his coworkers behaviour. People who berate your loyal clientele shouldn't be allowed to continue to work here. | ||
