I visited Joint Cannabis last week in the morning, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I was helped by an employee named John C., who recommended a product that did not meet my expectations and turned out to be a poor suggestion. I decided to give store another chance, so I returned this week. Sadly, the experience was even worse. I was standing in line waiting for my turn, but the same guy i saw that day he skipped over me without asking and began serving another customer instead. It made me feel ignored and disrespected. I was visiting from Calgary and expected much better customer service. Unfortunately, this was the worst customer service experience I had during my trip. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, provides additional customer service training, and ensures every customer is treated fairly, respectfully, and equally. Every customer deserves to be acknowledged, respected, and served in the order they arrive.

My first time being in this location, I came in yesterday and I was greeted very warmly by John, at the time I didn't know his name until my transactions finished and had told me about doing the google review and give a 5 star if I had enjoyed my visit, so here I am. Great customer service. He had mentioned that he had just gotten hired at being a "budtender" but he had a little bit of knowledge in terms of what I wanted. I know with time he'll be more knowledgeable but Great Customer Service goes along long way. Thank You John, you made my day!

I had a really great experience at Joint Cannabis. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a solid selection of products. What stood out the most was the customer service. Eknoor, Shivani, and Abby were all helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for without feeling rushed. It's clear the staff genuinely care about customers and know their stuff. I'll definitely be coming back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming cannabis store.
