I have been a long time customer with this store but I was utterly shocked with the "new policy" they have in place. I placed an order online (as I always do) but when I got to the store to pickup the black male attendant there, already hesitant to give me my order, said he had to confirm the card I used to pay and I had to have it physically which I didn't. Despite showing him proof of payment (via Apple Pay) with every information needed he still said that wasn't enough proof to show it belonged to me, even after showing him previous orders I had placed with them as a standing long customer, he went ahead to cancel my order. I'm utterly disappointed with "their policy" if this is even true. I will not be coming to this store anymore with the way I was treated especially being a long-standing customer with this store!
We were at this store because we wanted to support small local independent businesses. We asked for a vape battery, the girl pulled it for us and said we could look at it while she was holding it, but she couldn't let it go until we paid for it. I asked her if I could touch it and inspect it, she said no, due to theft prevention company policies (the battery cost was CAD$15-$20). We were shocked, I asked her "are you implying that we are going to steal it", she answered it is a company policy". I asked to speak to the Manager and she indicated she was the Manager. She was extremely dismissive and asked us to leave the store. I indicated I could not understand what was happening and why were being treated like thiefs. I asked for the owner's email address, and they have been "investigating" (since Dec 28, 2025). The girl ended up loosing it completely and screaming at us to leave the store as another customer had entered.
We ended up buying at different store in the same complex where we were treated properly.
Great place! Friendly store clerk and nice selection, good looking store too.
Great selections and Sean (shawn?) Is absolutely amazing. Super knowledgeable. Took his time to get me the right product ill be back!!
Little tucked in location with amazing staff. They know their products well and have some great recommendations if you dont know what you're looking for. Decent prices too!
