| I have been a long time customer with this store but I was utterly shocked with the "new policy" they have in place. I placed an order online (as I always do) but when I got to the store to pickup the black male attendant there, already hesitant to give me my order, said he had to confirm the card I used to pay and I had to have it physically which I didn't. Despite showing him proof of payment (via Apple Pay) with every information needed he still said that wasn't enough proof to show it belonged to me, even after showing him previous orders I had placed with them as a standing long customer, he went ahead to cancel my order. I'm utterly disappointed with "their policy" if this is even true. I will not be coming to this store anymore with the way I was treated especially being a long-standing customer with this store! | ||

| I have always been a good customer to this store but the unimaginable and utterly disgusting thing happened to me this morning from their female employee over the call, I tried to place a delivery order online but apparently their website kept showing an error code so I decided to call in to see if they could at least deliver and have me pay at the door. The angry (or probably high off something) female employee I spoke to, decided to be EXTREMELY rude to me, stating that it could either be issues with my card or their website. As I was clearly stating to her that it's not my card because I used it to order off uber that morning (and maybe it's their website…. She didn't let me get to this part) and just concluded I wanted to use to get it delivered. She kept repeating the same statement "sorry we can't deliver with uber" disregarding my statement that "I don't want to use Uber, I used my card on uber". She went ahead to insult me and then ended the call with "I won't be talking further to you in that tone". I was utterly embarrassed by her words over the phone, very BAD customer service and as a long-standing customer I won't be coming here anymore. If you can't train your staff on customer service why on earth are you even open for business??? | ||
