Great store! Staff are super friendly and welcoming. Ryley was amazing with the recommendations and advice he offered regarding my personal needs. The store is always clean and organized. I will continue my business at this location.
Great experience at FIKA! Honestly didn't expect to walk in for weed and leave with a new favorite spot.
Big shoutout to Tommy, super friendly, super patient, and actually knows his stuff. Didn't rush me at all and helped me pick exactly what I needed like a pro. Felt more like chatting with a knowledgeable friend than a typical store visit.
The store is clean, well organized, and just has a really chill vibe overall.

5 star experience! Went in looking for good flower to reward myself with after a long work week, and was amazed by the selection and elegance of the location. The young lady with the neck tattoos and septum piercing was extremely helpful and kind, and directed me to a suitable option, which I must say I am very eager to smoke this evening. Thank you staff for the positive experience, will definitely be returning!
I visited this location for the first time after work on March 19th around 9:30 PM. I don't have much experience with dispensaries and was just trying to pick something up for my boyfriend.
When I arrived, there was a sign on the door saying "be back at 9:30." It was exactly 9:30, so I was about to leave, but an employee came and opened the door. She already seemed annoyed that I was there, even though the store is open until 11 PM.
The employee (around mid-20s, black hair, with piercings) asked for my ID. I then asked if they sold edibles, and she responded, "it's a dispensary," in a rude tone. I tried to find what I needed on my own but couldn't, so I asked for help. She pointed out one THCV option (which I had asked for), and when I asked how many were in the package, she told me to "read it" while just staring at me.
At that point, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. I made the purchase and left because it was clear I wasn't going to get any helpful service.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. As someone who also works customer service in the same plaza, I expect at least basic respect and willingness to help—especially for first-time customers.
Had the same 2 employees(guy with beard and lady with a septum piercing) ask me if I need help 5 times in 5 minutes, I told them no I'm okay the guy proceeded to incorrectly suggest liquid diamonds as a live resin FSE product followed by the lady with the septum piercing standing 2ft away directly behind me staring daggers onto the back of my head until I got uncomfortable and left without purchasing anything.
I just wanted to look at the menu(which was incomplete so I had to use the website on my phone) in peace. If I said I didn't need help the first 3 times why keep asking and why stand behind me staring and making me uncomfortable just because I'm introverted and prefer to be left alone unless I specifically ask for help.
