Great selection of products, very helpful staff and discounts on different products every day
Mariella is the best! Her enthusiasm and product knowledge is top notch.
Chad is dope! His recommendations are spot on with what I ask for.
I cannot say enough good things about Boss Cannabis. I have been a regular customer since they opened, and the experience has been consistently excellent. The Northside store truly stands out, especially because of Mariella and Keith. They are absolutely amazing. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming every single time.
The customer service here is the real reason I keep coming back. Everyone who works there takes the time to listen, make thoughtful recommendations, and create a relaxed and positive atmosphere. You never feel rushed or treated like just another transaction. It feels personal and authentic.
Boss Cannabis sets the standard for what a great cannabis retail experience should be. Outstanding people, great service, and a team that clearly cares about their customers. Highly recommended.
Whenever I have a bad day I can always count on Mariella to put a smile on my face and hook me up with only the best.
Bought an expensive eigth here and it was packaged a year ago. Brought it home and was dry as the desert. Love paying 40 dollars for dry bud. I understand there is a strike but you shouldn't sell stuff that was packaged last year for the same price then. Then i called and get told it's final sale and can't do anything. Didnt know i was getting bud packaged a year ago.
