| I cannot say enough good things about Boss Cannabis. I have been a regular customer since they opened, and the experience has been consistently excellent. The Northside store truly stands out, especially because of Mariella and Keith. They are absolutely amazing. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming every single time. The customer service here is the real reason I keep coming back. Everyone who works there takes the time to listen, make thoughtful recommendations, and create a relaxed and positive atmosphere. You never feel rushed or treated like just another transaction. It feels personal and authentic. Boss Cannabis sets the standard for what a great cannabis retail experience should be.
