I had a great experience at the Joint Cannabis store on Kenaston. The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They took the time to guide me through the different infused joints and shatter options and explained the products in a way that was easy to understand, especially for beginners.
I was also impressed by their knowledge of CBD products and how they help customers looking for options to manage pain and discomfort. It was refreshing to see staff who genuinely understand the products they sell and are able to provide helpful recommendations based on individual needs.
In addition to their product knowledge, the staff do an excellent job maintaining a clean, organized, and attractive store. The displays are regularly updated, which makes the shopping experience more engaging and helps showcase new and featured products.
Excellent customer service, product knowledge, and store presentation. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a welcoming and informative cannabis shopping experience.

Michael is what makes my experience at The Joint sooooo amazing! He's always welcoming, gives really good recommendations, and makes the whole process easy. I can't wait to see him again!
Had a great experience here! Micheal was super friendly and helpful. The store has a great selection and has a really welcoming vibe. Definitely recommend checking this location out!
Honestly my favorite place to go if you need anything related to this stuff. Staff is friendly, always helpful. It isn't in a sketchy area too so this is one of the best ones to go to. I might take a star off for not being as fancy as other places however everything else makes up for it.
