| I had a great experience at the Joint Cannabis store on Kenaston. The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They took the time to guide me through the different infused joints and shatter options and explained the products in a way that was easy to understand, especially for beginners. I was also impressed by their knowledge of CBD products and how they help customers looking for options to manage pain and discomfort. It was refreshing to see staff who genuinely understand the products they sell and are able to provide helpful recommendations based on individual needs. In addition to their product knowledge, the staff do an excellent job maintaining a clean, organized, and attractive store. The displays are regularly updated, which makes the shopping experience more engaging and helps showcase new and featured products. Excellent customer service, product knowledge, and store presentation. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a welcoming and informative cannabis shopping experience. | ||
