I've always known this place for its excellent customer service, and I hope that doesn't change.
During my recent visit, I was denied service because I didn't have my physical ID. I completely understand and respect the policy. What was disappointing was the lady's passive-aggressive tone especially after rushing through the pouring rain to get to your store. A little more kindness and empathy would have made all the difference.
On a positive note, I love the improved layout and hope the business continues to prioritize the customer-focused employees & service it's always been known for.
Staff there is knowledgeable and super friendly. Love this store.
This place has always been the best. I had a rough night and went to go pick some stuff up but you guys were closed. Nate was closing up the shop and I told him I just got fired that night and he gave me some buds out of his own container. Then offered me donuts when I was having troubles with my car. Solid guy!
