Pretty decent but they are strict with showing id before entering the store as well as they are a hit higher priced that other stores around. Unless you ate willing to join the vip program and pay for it then you get reduced prices and also if you are not on the program you can't buy everything as they hold certain stuff usually the high end product for those people who pay and they won't sell to you even for more unless you do. So canna cabana is a very last resort stop for me.
Found some products I had been looking for for weeks at a great price. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The store is tiny but they have a great selection and their prices are unbeatable. I will be back to see gregg and his team again.
We have been coming here for years and love the staff and service. Leah is my fave person and she is awesome. She remembers me and what I typically order and grabs it for me! All the staff here are nice. Prices are great for members and the regular membership is free. We pretty much only come here for our stuff.
I am writing to share my recent experience at your location, which unfortunately left a very poor impression.
Upon arriving, I was unfamiliar with the entry procedure regarding ID verification. Rather than providing helpful guidance, the staff member on duty was dismissive and unprofessional in their communication. The manner in which the situation was handled made me feel unwelcome, and the overall attitude of the staff was off-putting.
As a first-time visitor, I was hoping for a professional and helpful experience. Instead, I felt alienated by the service provided. Due to this interaction, I will not be returning to this location and will be taking my business elsewhere. I strongly encourage management to review their customer service training to ensure all guests are treated with courtesy and respect upon arrival.
Zach helped me out a ton with his extensive knowledge of cannabis and is very familiar with the products. Helped me get the best high of my life and was super friendly too! I highly recommend this store and if the employees there are wonderful to chat with
