Nancy is friendly, kind, knowledgeable. Described my problem and she suggested which product was likely to work for me. The product worked, now I am back to buy again. Thank you Nancy
I have been spoken to extremely rudely by this member of staff at The Den Cannabis Store, and the experience was completely unacceptable.
On my first visit, I was stopped at the door and asked for ID despite clearly being well over 30. I mentioned at the time that it felt like poor judgment, and I later spoke directly with the owner while they were in the store, who agreed it wasn't handled appropriately. I appreciated that and was happy to move on.
I returned again shortly after with no issues and assumed everything had been resolved.
However, on my most recent visit, I was met by the same employee who immediately said, "Oh, you're the guy who said I have poor judgment." From that moment on, the interaction was uncomfortable and unprofessional. The employee continued to be rude throughout the entire ordering process and even laughed as I was leaving after I said the situation was unacceptable.
This kind of behaviour is completely inappropriate in any customer-facing role. I gave the benefit of the doubt after the first incident, especially after speaking with the owner, but this follow-up experience showed a clear lack of professionalism and respect.
If management would like to follow up, please reference sale ID: S241735944.
Good options, good flavor pens, fun pipes & bongs... Overall, a good place to go
