| I have been spoken to extremely rudely by this member of staff at The Den Cannabis Store, and the experience was completely unacceptable. On my first visit, I was stopped at the door and asked for ID despite clearly being well over 30. I mentioned at the time that it felt like poor judgment, and I later spoke directly with the owner while they were in the store, who agreed it wasn't handled appropriately. I appreciated that and was happy to move on. I returned again shortly after with no issues and assumed everything had been resolved. However, on my most recent visit, I was met by the same employee who immediately said, "Oh, you're the guy who said I have poor judgment." From that moment on, the interaction was uncomfortable and unprofessional. The employee continued to be rude throughout the entire ordering process and even laughed as I was leaving after I said the situation was unacceptable. This kind of behaviour is completely inappropriate in any customer-facing role. I gave the benefit of the doubt after the first incident, especially after speaking with the owner, but this follow-up experience showed a clear lack of professionalism and respect. | I brought a 3.5G of tribals new (NEON SUNSHINE) from this store I have taken it home it has no Vapor package inside & the weed is very sticky , it will not grind , it does not smoke correctly & I did not feel the high , my partner had taken a tolerance break for a week also smoked this and felt nothing, as a loyal customer using this store almost daily, I was suprised to be told we can do nothing for you other than 15% off your next order , for a customer that spends over $1500 a year at this store I would think they would refund or exchange $32.00 worth of product. This is no reflection on the staff but maybe the stores processes. | ||
