Had a great experience at this store! Matt provided outstanding customer service from the moment I walked in. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. He gave excellent recommendations based on what I was looking for, and the whole experience was easy and enjoyable. If you're visiting this store, I highly recommend asking for Matt. I'll definitely be coming back!

Very disappointing customer service. I showed the employee a product my friend wanted and simply asked if they had anything similar. Instead of helping, he responded with a sarcastic and rude attitude, saying, "If you can see it's not here, then we don't have it."
I wasn't asking for the exact product—I was asking for a recommendation for something similar. Throughout the entire conversation, he was disrespectful, dismissive, and unnecessarily rude. A little professionalism and basic courtesy go a long way.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this store and I will not be returning.
