| Very disappointing customer service. I showed the employee a product my friend wanted and simply asked if they had anything similar. Instead of helping, he responded with a sarcastic and rude attitude, saying, "If you can see it's not here, then we don't have it." I wasn't asking for the exact product—I was asking for a recommendation for something similar. Throughout the entire conversation, he was disrespectful, dismissive, and unnecessarily rude. A little professionalism and basic courtesy go a long way. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this store and I will not be returning. | ||
