4 hours for delivery and no email confirmation but shows on my account and store confirmed. They made it seem like I wanted to jump the line of priority but the website says in very busy times it may be *up to* 3 hours. I called to ask what was going on and I'm still on hold for now over 10 min waiting for someone to help me. Don't say up to 3 hours if you are going to be longer than that and do zero to contact people. This should be common sense. I ordered based on knowing I could do a 3 hour wait before needing to sleep and now it's significantly longer and I'm being treated like the bad guy. Up to 17 min on hold on the counter. I guess this is why they don't answer the phone..
Favorite store. My go to. The staff there are great and the selection and price are unbeatable.
Oz store has a great selection of
concentrates and arguably the best prices in the city. My only
complaint is that there isn't one closer to me. It's still worth the travel to one of their locations across the city.

10/10 product and service. Anyone telling you otherwise had a bad day and wants to blame it on service workers, love these guys
