4 hours for delivery and no email confirmation but shows on my account and store confirmed. They made it seem like I wanted to jump the line of priority but the website says in very busy times it may be up to 3 hours. I called to ask what was going on and I'm still on hold for now over 10 min waiting for someone to help me. Don't say up to 3 hours if you are going to be longer than that and do zero to contact people. This should be common sense. I ordered based on knowing I could do a 3 hour wait before needing to sleep and now it's significantly longer and I'm being treated like the bad guy. Up to 17 min on hold on the counter. I guess this is why they don't answer the phone..

Delivery was 45 min after the 2 hour window they said online. Called 20 min after the window closed and they said it's a busy night and the driver has to come back to the shop to get the delivery. When the delivery showed up it was ice cold and clearly had been in the car for ages. They offered nothing to apologize for it and didn't bother calling to say that they had been running behind all day. This took us out for our entire Friday night of the long weekend..dont offer what you cant do. Staff was rude. Clear change since new ownership. Won't be back which is really unfortunate. Used to be my fave
