Have been going here since it opened up in Chapelle, never had a problem. Went two weeks ago, she wanted to see my ID, so I opened up my wallet as usual showed her. Rudely, she asks for it to come out of the case. I take it out but I let her know that it's never been a problem. Regardless, I took my items and left. Came again yesterday, she (Riley?) recognizes me so I wait in line 10 minutes so she can be finished her conversation. One which included yelling profanities at the top of her lung. I get to the book, I open it. She says I need your ID. I show her, THEN she asks me to pull it out and give it to her so she can see if it's real in the light. I told her no, I'm not handing over my ID when she just saw me 2 weeks ago. I did pull it out and show her regardless but I left without a purchase because if this is how you conduct business, won't be long before everyone stops coming.
Went in looking for a very specific brand that that they didn't carry, and the staff here was extremely helpful with recommendations and finding something to supplement what I was looking for!
From the second I walked in till I left, I was greeted with a warm smile and Brooke was the kindest person I had met! I was having such a bad day and when I went in and was told they didn't have my stuff, I thought the rest of my week was ruined, but Brooke was unbelievably helpful, honest, and educated. I may not have found what I was looking for, but I found a place that I will trust with my future needs forever!
Thank you Brooke for helping me smile :)
My boyfriend and I went in there, picked out the joints I wanted and clearly stated the product name, was expecting 2x1gram pre rolls. I only realized once I opened the package that there was only one joint. I went back in , Brooklyn, the employee stated that she realized there was a mistake and that the one we had asked for was out of stock. If a product is out of stock it should be mentioned and not replaced with another before asking a customer. Basic knowledge. Nothing was able to be done, even though it was the store who sold the wrong product. Brooklyn, their own employee also recommended the place next door for better pricing. Will not be returning again, and based off some reviews, I know they have better standards for employee competency.
Stopped in while visiting family on the weekend and was helped by Jazmyne. She was so knowledgeable and patient when answering any questions I had as there was quite the selection of products catching my eye! Highly recommend shopping at this location! I know I will anytime i'm in town.
